As a part of an innovative journey to create inspired experiences, we launched a new design that would allow our users to have a more personable experenice with our brand. Creating multiple user journies using direct mail, email, and phone in a personal way. By engaging users to interact with content to get more familiar with the efforts and recommend related content, we have seen an increase in avgerage time on site, and revenue growth of 137%.
